It's about time

Great is Thy faithfulness, O God my Father;
There is no shadow of turning with Thee;
Thou changest not, Thy compassions, they fail not;
As Thou hast been, Thou forever will be.

Refrain

Great is Thy faithfulness!
Great is Thy faithfulness!
Morning by morning new mercies I see.
All I have needed Thy hand hath provided;
Great is Thy faithfulness, Lord, unto me!

Summer and winter and springtime and harvest,
Sun, moon and stars in their courses above
Join with all nature in manifold witness
To Thy great faithfulness, mercy and love.

Refrain

Pardon for sin and a peace that endureth
Thine own dear presence to cheer and to guide;
Strength for today and bright hope for tomorrow,
Blessings all mine, with ten thousand beside!

Well, it's been a long time since I have posted, and to me it seems crazy, but people ask me all the time when I am going to post, so here you go.

Summer is almost in the bag, school's about to start and it's already been 5 months since the event that has changed our lives from top to bottom.

We have been prayed for, served, loved and taken care of by so many of you, and we love your care for our family.

Grant is doing well. He and Garrett both worked at PG most of the summer. The guys in the shop love having them, as they work hard and are generally fun to be around. Grant is putting on some weight, he looks great and his arms are getting big. He's a man now. It seems so strange to have him be taller than me. For the first time in my life it was fun for me to lose at golf, as Grant beat me a couple of weeks ago. He really has a nice swing and is getting to be quite a good shot-maker. Good stuff:)

Kimmy spent a month in Berlin with the Green family. She got to stay with the youngest 5 kids while the parents went to Israel with the older 5 for 2 weeks. She loved it, even though the kids were sick with flu like symptoms for a few days.

Garrett is as funny as ever and has been working hard at PG, soccer training, shooting baskets and just being an all around great kid.

God has blessed us, so much more than we deserve, with 3 great kids who love Him. Life is good.

Teresa is working hard around the house, being a great mom, weeding like a machine, cleaning and being a friend to many ladies. She is still very funny, but is more emotional than previous. I think that's ok considering what she's been through.
We did get some AED's, Automatic External Defibrillator, but haven't tried them out yet. We need some instruction, and will get it from a family whom we have met, from Grant's event. They lost their 16 year old son/brother 4 years ago on the 16th of Sept.

We have met so many people and have shared God's love and care because of Grant's event. We try to make the most of every opportunity to share His faithfulness, as many wouldn't see this kind of a thing as a blessing, though we certainly do.
I don't want to go on too long.

God is Good. He is Faithful, even when we aren't. He doesn't give us more than we can handle and gives us exactly what we need to strengthen our faith.
Hallelujah, what a Savior.
