A Strange Request from Me

Ps. 127:1 Unless the LORD builds the house,
those who build it labor in vain.
Unless the LORD watches over the city,
the watchman stays awake in vain.
2 It is in vain that you rise up early
and go late to rest,
eating the bread of anxious toil;
for he gives to his beloved sleep.

I was thinking today, as I ready myself for an appt. with my accountant tomorrow morning- what should I tell him. PG is doing all we can humanly do to keep going, but often our efforts are not enough to change the outcome. He is a really nice guy- especially for an accountant- I actually enjoy visiting with him- but he is not a believer. So what do I tell him? How do I explain that our best plan is to trust God?

Much like if Grace Academy was very successful with 300 students but went down to 150. That would be very difficult to make work and the same is true for PG. We have everything in place to do much more business than we are currently doing and if we have more sales we will be able to provide more work for our staff, support more adoptions, orphanages and whatever God brings.

So here is my request to you all. I want to ask for 100 people to commit to pray for PG for the remainder of 2010-everyday Think about the promises of God and His ability. 2 Chron. 16:9 For the eyes of the LORD run to and fro throughout the whole earth, to give strong support to those whose heart is blameless toward him.

I want us to be blameless and trust in Him and Him only. I truly believe if we plead with Him and return His promise to Him He will support us, which is much better than trusting in my feeble ability. So please LMK if you are willing to commit to this. Many will be blessed by your interceding on our behalf. I don't know what He has planned for us, but I would like to do all I am able to ask for His blessing on us- whatever that looks like.

This is not so we can line our pockets, but so we can show off how great our God is and so His people are blessed exceedingly, abundantly above what we can ask or imagine.

Is.41:13 For I, the LORD your God,
hold your right hand;
it is I who say to you, "Fear not,
I am the one who helps you."
17 When the poor and needy seek water,
and there is none,
and their tongue is parched with thirst,
I the LORD will answer them;
I the God of Israel will not forsake them.
18 I will open rivers on the bare heights,
and fountains in the midst of the valleys.
I will make the wilderness a pool of water,
and the dry land springs of water.
19 I will put in the wilderness the cedar,
the acacia, the myrtle, and the olive.
I will set in the desert the cypress,
the plane and the pine together,
20 that they may see and know,
may consider and understand together,
that the hand of the LORD has done this,
the Holy One of Israel has created it.

I would love to hear from you. Let's watch God work and rejoice at all He does. If I misspell your name please LMK so I can get it right.

Many times I feel that there is not much I can do outside my home. BUT I find comfort and excitement knowing I can pray! I will be praying fervently! This isn't a strange request- it's what God wants from His children.

Daniel and Arike Bour have been praying for Priceless and will continue to do so now, daily.
It's exciting to be a part of this.
